    Collective practitioners typically bring

    10+ years in finance operations, accounting, or FP&A

    Direct PE experience — you've worked inside or alongside portfolio companies

    Deep expertise in at least one core area: NetSuite, ASC 606, financial close, post-merger integration, audit readiness, or AI-enabled finance

    Comfort with pace. PE timelines don't accommodate learning curves

    Intellectual honesty. The willingness to say "I don't know yet" is a feature, not a flaw
