Who We Look For
PE-specific experience is required, not just accounting credentials. Collective practitioners typically bring:
10+ years in finance operations, accounting, or FP&A
Direct experience at PE-backed or PE-owned companies
Expertise in at least one core area: NetSuite implementation, ASC 606, financial close optimization, post-merger integration, audit readiness, or AI-enabled finance tools
Comfort operating at pace. PE timelines don't accommodate learning curves
